Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — failed transaction amount debited from bank account | |||
I booked four tickets from rewa to bujuri (On25/01/2018 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 750/- was, however, debited to my sbi account no [protected]. Their failed transaction id is 230509 dated 25/01/2018 On sending email to irctc they advised having sent the instructions to state bank of india for refund the amount.
