[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — failed transaction amount is not refund | |||||
I am using irctc rail connect app for booking train tkts on[protected] for doj of[protected] from dwarapudi to tirupati but the transaction was failed due to some reasons but the money was debited from my sbi debit card after few days they are showing the money is refunded in the bank but still now there is no refund recieved, if we contact irctc many more times they said your problem is forwarded to relevent dept.
