Dear Sir/madam, I tried to book a ticket from lucknow(lko) to yesvantpur junction (ypr) in the reservation timing at 23:00 under sleeper coach but after proceeding with the payment. the fooloowing message popped up "unable to complete transaction" Despite this funds were deducted from my credit account 3 times. There is no record of this in the Booked history or transactions. My irctc account username is- A7M8I6T Date of attemted booking- 21/02/17 Transaction worth- Rs 816*3=2448 IRCTC IRCTC77858.
