I just booked ticket online for my wife and myself by 20814 bsp-bbs, departing on 19 november 2017 with pnr[protected]. But we have been given berths in two different coaches b2 & b3.
I can't understand the logic of this. We are both senior citizens and i fall to understand why we can't be accommodated in the same coach, especially when there are 42 berths available in ac three tier

Updated by Siddhartha Sahu I booked reservations via irctc online ticketing website today for two ac three tier berths from bilaspur jn. To bhubaneswar by train 20814, departure 19 november 2017.
To my dismay, we have been given berths in two different coaches, b2 & b3.
Firstly, this is unacceptable, especially considering we both are senior citizens and 42 berths were available at the time of booking.
I would like the irctc to provide accommodation to both o[censored]s in the same coach
