Dear irctc i have maked my account on 11 sep 17 secussfully now when i am looking it on irctc app it is sending me a otp on my mobile number and in my email id i have got otp on mobile number but not in email id and without otp i cannot oprate my account and book any ticket so plz help me because i have to book tomorrow morning train please

I had cancelled the ticket on 31.08.2017. And amount of 750 has to be credited to my account. But after 13 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 31.08.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,
