With the reference of above subject matter to don't get refund in my account my pnr no is [protected] journey for the date of 05/08/2019 the train was canceled due to heavy rain
I have file tdr requests for 06/08/2019 08:30 am but right now don't receive refund in my account then please right tacan actions earliest possible

I am online ticket booking 14/08/2019 jabalpur to ajmer
But train destination station cancelled
Complain TDR but 90 days complete
I have call IRCTC but IRCTC give me answer north western railway is pending case refundd not received
