On 11 Jan 2018 I have made a irctc booking through zaakpay pg After successfully settling the payment the booking of seat has been dropped and till now the refund has not been taken place. Transaction id: [protected] Transaction amount: 440.00 Please do the needful for refund of amount. The transaction was made against irctc tatkal booking and the seat was not booked due to non availability at the time of booking whereas the payment was made. Was this information helpful? | |
