I booked one train ticket from chennai to tiruchchirapali (train no 16177) on 08/08/2016 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. the amount of money amounting to rs. 808/- was, however, debited to my sbi account. their failed transaction id is - [protected] dated on 29/07/2016. I booked ticket from irctc on 24th July 2016 at18:13 in Jaipur -Coimbatore express. From Jaipur to katpadi...I booked ticket and payment deducted bt ticket is not booked. payment thru Net Banking - ref:[protected]/07/2016 18:15 - Indian Bank.
Kindly look into this matter and refund money soon.
