I have cancelled my confirm tickets both up/ dn bearing pnr no: [protected] and [protected] to and from Chennai from kharagpur on 7/3/2020.Cancellation/refund I'd are: [protected] and[protected]
respectively, status is showing amount refunded but not yet credited in my account from which the tickets were purchased.

I have tried to book ticket from Ahmedabad to MOKALSAR on 20/3/2020 in Ahmedabad to Bhagat ki Kothi weekly express (Train no-14804).
The amount 458.68 was deducted from my account but I cannot find my ticket in my mobile.

So kindly refund me back the amount in the same account
