This is with reference to cancellation of train. I was not inform about the cancellation and also i booked tickets till the boarding station. I would like to lodge a complaint of the same, for the cancellation of train without notice as i have to bear all the cancellation charges i made to get to that train. No calls or e-mail were sent about the cancellation of train. Is this the way, irctc tourism treats the passengers?? Was this information helpful? | |
