Dear sir, My irctc user id 'rrajeesh19' regularly using from past 6 years is suddenly blocked from your end on january 2020 1st week, i raised a complaint on january 10, thereby got the information as its a garbage account. I produced address proof via mail and got registered complaint with a ticket id 5933011. But still its not resolved even after continous follow up.
