Hi, I had booked a ticket from IRCTC app through UPI ID on 3rd July. The ticket was not booked and the payment got deducted from my card. I am a daily passenger on swarna Rekha (Dhanbad to tatanagar)express. The trai timing is not good everyday.Today it already gone beyond the limit.I have to join duty in time.But due to too much delayI am unable to join office timely.Please take necessary steps as soon possible.
