Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Late arrival of Train causing missing of onward journey | |||||
I had booked the ticket from IRCTC, 1st ticket from Gaya - Hwh PNR [protected] Transaction ID [protected]. The train was delayed by more than 3 hours due to which I missed my onward journey Hwh - Ypr PNR [protected].. Transaction ID [protected]. This caused me a loss of Rs 7040. Please look in to it ASAP. Railway is Thug .. I had to book a different train Suvidha express where they charge Rs 1700 for a Rs400 ticket from Vizianagram to Ypr.. Pathetic Seriously pathetic condition. I will sue them in court and consumer forums. We pay our hard earned money and get what "only crap " from railways Was this information helpful? | |||||
