I was travelling from Ganj Basoda to Pune on 12th Aug 2017 by 11077 JHELUM EXPRESS in AC Coach B5, but I experienced a horrible situation my luggage got ruined by rats and inside there were valuables which got also got damaged by rats, and this is only due to bad house keeping of IRCTC, can you imagine what will be the situation of food in pantry..
