Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — mobile verification otp not received

Hi,
I verified my international mobile number: +44 [protected]. User id: apindia74 paid the fees as asked. Received email verification confirmation ok. Was asked to do the mobile verification which i did but so far haven't received the mobile otp. Tried multiple times the resend mobile otp option but none received. It has been nearly 4-5 days passed. Did write to [protected]@ but no reply yet.

Please could you look in this, much appriciated

Please arrange refund to be credited to my bank immediately, as not recieved still. PNR no.[protected]. Cancelled in railway counter on 26/12/2017. Booked through debit card. VC2259.
