I need to book a ticket from tenkasi jn to chennai egmore and i made my transaction through upi today and amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. Please help me get through this problem. It's showing me "pending from bank end" Please help me to get my refund as early as possible as i need to book my ticket.
