To The manager Indian bank Srm university, kattankulathur branch Subject - money debited from account using upi but ticket not booked in irctc Respected sir, I had booked a ticket on sanghmitra express for the 3rd february on 30th january. I paid through bhim upi axis bank and according to the app the money has been paid to irctc, however when i logged into my account the ticked had not been booked and the transaction status was pending from bank end. It has not failed nor the ticket has been booked I have not received the money back and the bank officials are saying if the transaction fails i'll get the money back, but the transaction has not failed according to upi.
