I had tried to book a train from ludhiana to new delhi on the 16th of june at 10:06 am using takal in malwa express (12920) on the 17th of june, the money was debited from my account through paytm website and was redirected to a blank page without confirmation, i was unable to reach either irctc or paytm regarding, i request to resolve the issue at the earliest. I had tried to book a train from Mumbai CST (CSTM) to GWALIOR (GWL) on the 9th of june at 11.16 am using tatkal in Punjab Mail (12137) for the journey date on10th of june, the money was debited from my account through SBI debit card and was redirected to a blank page without confirmation, and after that the ticket status was showing failed however the amount was successfully debited from account. I was unable to reach irctc regarding, I request to resolve the issue at the earliest.
