[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money deducted but merchant says they haven't received

I made a payment on 6 October 2021 at 5:00 pm for recharging my irctc uts wallet My money is deducted as payment was successful from my side but money didn't reach in my wallet and when i complaint merchant about itthey say they haven't received any money.
I want this issue issue tobe resolved soon as it has been so long now. I have provided the image with needed information
