Sir/Madam,
I tried to book a ticket using IRCTC android app from Santragachi Station (SRC) to Medinipur (MDN) for 14th October, 2019;Monday at Rupashi Bangla Express (12883). Payment done by Google pay and UPI transaction ID is[protected] done on 9th October 2019 at 21:11 hours to IRCTC (razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank) from account of Susenjit Mallick (dr.[protected]@oksbi), Google transaction ID is CICAgKCmrNXZHg. I sent a mail to IRCTC care, but got no response. Kindly look into the matter.

Please make it refunded.
