Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money deducted but tickets not booked | |||||
I booked tickets from Delhi to SVDK for 11th March on Jammu mail. I tried booking the tickets thrice but the first two times the were not booked but the money got deducted from my account..same happened when I tried booking tickets from Jammu to Bareilly for 13th March from himgiri express. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com Mob no..[protected], [protected] All the bookings were done through IRCTC official app... please look into this matter and revert back to me.
