Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money deducted for unsuccessful transition | |||
I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful. This is not acceptable and the money should be refunded. Amount: 523 rupees which have no reference on what transaction being processed. Please take this up and process the refund. I have Booked 2 Ticket from NDLS to CDG Dated 5th Jan, 2020 as PNR Number [protected] . As train was 3 hrs late I have filled the TDR & not travelled. Now after 1 month my TDR status Shows as reputed with Reason as Passanger has traveled but I have Not travelled then how railway showing That I have travelled.
