I want to complaint about the problem i recently faced when i was booking the ticket from lko to ddn train no 13009 doon express. I did the payment through pnb debit card and irctc android app. The date and time when i faced it :11:10 am On 1 oct 2017. The balance was deducted from my pnb account and i dint get the ticket. Amul counter platform no 4 at cuttak railway station has over charge me for amul milk, after asking he replied all platforms stall are over changing that y we also over charges to costumers.
