[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money deducted from bank account but irctc claiming transaction failed and ticket not booked

Sir/madam,

I just tried to book a ticket at aranyak express (Train number 12885) for date of 22nd november from santragachi (Src) to garhbeta (Gba). I completed payment. Bank sent me payment confirmation message. But irctc shows payment failure and ticket not booked. This type of problem occurred earlier also at irctc. My irctc id is susenjit1
Kindly look into the matter.
