I had booked two tickets of train number 12105 on 06.09.17 for 08.09.17. Pnr number is [protected]. Due to some reasons i had canceled the ticket on 08.09.2017. And amount of 2285 has to be credited to my account. Website showing amount is refunded on 08.09.17 and bank name as payumpp. But i didn't get any refund. Details of tractions are as below:

Refund id: [protected], [protected]

Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as early as possible.
