[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money (rs. 2010) not refunded for the failed transaction even after 50 days | |||||
I have booked two ticket from irctc website on 15 december, but transaction is three times. Irctc website show that first transaction ([protected]) is failed. But iob bank statement show that all three transaction is successful & rs. 2010 id debited from my account.in bank statement, the transaction for which no ticket is booked is "pymnt gtwy-irctc new delhi dl in-f006381o-5000049" I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in in this regard and also given them all bank statement. But they dont give any reply. The only reply of irctc is "dear customer, We would like to inform you that your below enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly." Today is 02.02.2018, almost 50 days over, and i don't get my money refunded, i am waiting from more than 50 days, & i can't understand how many days i have to wait. Kindly help me to refund my money. Feb 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Transaction was failed, Money is Under the Bank not goes to IRCTC Department. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
