Sir i booked ticket on regular basis but on 12/12/2019 i also booked two ticket and after that when i'm login my irctc account in the evening on the same day then the error message is shown that "user is disable" customer care told me to email at [protected]@irctc.co.in where no exact response about that. Sir i want to cancel a particular person ticket on the pnr and also see in which date i booked any other ticket i didn't know how they said that in your id having multiple fraudulent activity is registered i didn't do any such kind of activity i'm a loyal customer of irctc i'm using this service approx 8 to 10 years.
