[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — my transaction is successful but ticket order not confirmed.

I am trying to book tatkal ticket on 8 august through Irctc application. I had done the payment through phonepe app wallet but my order is not confirmed. when i contact irctc they said this os settlement failed transaction for which no amount is debited. Phonepe support says this transaction is successful from our end, we will contact to irctc on your behalf.i have 2 failed transaction on 8 august.i have attached the concerned documents. please help me to get my money back.
