Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — No PNR generated of a booked ticket | |
Hi, I booked a ticket from IRCTC mobile app on March 8th with date of journey March 18th. But the PNR status shows "" FLUSHED PNR / PNR NOT YET GENERATED" even after boarding the train. Now the TT says that seat is given to someone else and PNR is not generated and hence I had to buy another ticket from him. Please look into this and initiate a refund for the booked ticket. Is there any progress? I did not get any refund too. I was robbed off by IRCTC. Shame on you.
