Travelled by Rajdhani frm Trivendrum to Panvel on120216under PNR No.[protected].Found the caterer has not served as per the menu prescribed for Rajdhani express for A/C 3 tier.Short fall as under 1. Welcome drink menu was not served at all. 2. At dinner 2 Soup sticks & butter chiplet were not served. Also no ice cream or Gulab jam were served instead 1packet of Haldiram sonpapdi having MRP Rs.10/was served. 3.
