Sir, i am to inform you that i booked my air tickets through irctc on 06.05.2019 from guwahati to chennai and from chennai to guwahati video booking id : [protected] and i made payment from my accountant number -... Of hdfc bank. Later on i was informed that the tickets from chennai to guwahati are not booked. But the money debited from my account has not been refunded in my account.
