Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Non refund of my money even when ticket is not booked. | |||||
After repeated mails to irctc cc i haven't got my matter resolved. My money was deducted for a ticket not booked and everytime i write a mail no body replies. It has been 3 months now and i don't get any response from customer care. Pathetic service. Whom should i contact for further actions. Once a while they ask for my bank statement, i provide it again after 1 month they ask for my bank statement. I have done this twice and after the second bank statement no body has replied even after 1 month. The most recent ticket i'd provided to me is 5631576. Was this information helpful? | |||||
