Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not received the mobile otp after payment to activate my account | |
I have registered for an online account with irctc to book tickets in your railways. As I am from Sri Lanka I was asked and paid INR100.00 ++ for verification also. After 3 days of trying I still couldn't get my mobile verification OTP. I wrote them every day. The first day someone actually replied but was no help at all. On second and 3rd days now no reply is forthcoming also. Every time I change my mobile I have to pay this INR100.00++ again and again but I do not get it verified so I can buy my tickets. Is this a scam run by irctc to steal money from overseas clients. If not why don't they activate my account after so many emails Was this information helpful? | |

Sir my account balance is deducted on 15th June 2019 at time 20:14:31 to IRCTC-IPAY-MOBILEAPP, without my ticket get booked so you kindly requested to take necessary action to refund my money back to my account.
