Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Not refunding tdr money | |||||
I am a student and belongs to MP. I was about to travel from Bhopal to Chennai in Tamil Nadu express on 8-JAN-2017, With PNR no. [protected]. But since Train was 18.30 Hrs Reschedule from its original departure(Actually train was 30 Hrs late but I don't have a screenshot of that since I have it for 18.30Hr so I am claiming for that), and I have to reach, now I contact with IRCTC on phone call even I have recording for same, The guy on phone told me to File TDR you will get full refund, hence I filled and booked another ticket in Jaipur Madras Express on[protected] with PNR no. of [protected], but they rejected my TDR as they are telling that you cross the limit of filing TDR, the guy on phone only told me to file why should I bear the loss even though I didn't travel on that train. kindly Have a look on it Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have not got my money refunded for pnr nos [protected] and [protected] which i cancelled[protected], rs 110 for each is to be refunded, on the same date i cancelled 2 more tickets and i have got my money back for those two tickets, but for the pnr's mentioned above i have not . so, please sort this out as soon as possible
