Respected Sir/Madam,

I was booking a Railsway 2 ticket from using my debit card, sum reason canceled 2 tickets in 11/01/2017 PNR NO IS [protected], [protected] and amount is 1102.36, 2837.55 but till date not return amount
I am trying to Chennai irctc's helpline number but there is no response.
what should I do.
Please help me.
