I'm alok kumar from bihar I have an account on irctc Username : kralok007 Registered mobile no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com I forgot its password I'm trying from last two days to change my password by using forgot option. I m travelling in 3ac compartment of 12150.They dont provide clean bedsheets, nor blanket.everything is dirty..when i told them i will lodge a complaint against you.they told me back ki jo karna hai kar lo humara koi kuch nhi bigad sakta.Unheignic train with unheigenic staff.Ridiculously bad.
I m booking a train ticket from dwr to mys on 17 sep 2018. amount will be deducted 2 times but not booked seat

In begumpet station they display coach position s1 is coming after the engine . But it's purely wrong . S1 position coach is there S5.
