Hi Team,

I booked tickets from MAS to BNC on 9th August 2018. On payment process my amount Rs. 360 got deducted but transaction failed showing payment not received from bank. Following that I booked other train but resulted the same. Again my amount Rs. 415 but deducted. I need my total amount of Rs. 775.

Can anyone reply to my complaint. Still I didn't got my money back. One Week got over on this. Maximum three days needed to refund the failed transaction amount right. Why I still didn't got yet.

Please reply whether i'll get money or not at least.
