Sometimes we don't have money and can't book tickets until we get the refund. There is no way to book another ticket of the same or lesser amount against the money deducted from the account. This becomes crucial for economically weaker section of our society. Why can't they stop the process before the payment if conditions are not met. They use this money to earn interest, as it happens with thousands of the people everyday. Why can't they refund within hours of the payment, in todays technology it is not at all difficult.
