I booked a train ticket in 12625 (Kerala express) on 13/09/2019.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. Money has been deducted from my bank account. The status of booking is not still clear, so I am not able to book another ticket.
I need final confirmation about the status of the ticket if it is booked or declined. In case if it is declined kindly refund.
Kindly resolve this concern at the earliest so that I can proceed for further action.
