Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Please refund my money | |||
I booked one TATKAL ticket from Trissur to chennai central(Train no 22640) on 06/07/2017 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC app(website). The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1880/- was, however, debited to my SBI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected] dated 06/07/2017. So please do the refund to my respective account . Help sir on 3/07/17 I booked tickets but tickets are failed to book but money is deducted from my account..it was done on my SBI, kotak mahindra but up to now I didn't received refunded amount..while iam trying to cal to tollfree num but not yet connected..so plz help me to get out of this problem.What I have to do now..
