I have booked a railway ticket last year from a cyber cafe before start of lockdown .And as lockdown happened all tickets got cancelled so got mine. Now when I try to check my refund status of my PNR NUMBER. It shows your PNR NUMBER HAS BEEN FLUSHED .And am not able to get my refund back.
