Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Poor catering service in shatabdi express | |||||
Today i.E.[protected] i was travelling on ldh ndls shatabdi express (Train no: 12038). They had poor service even after paying the service tax to government. We are paying 600 per passenger for ticket, so that we can get the good service and food but not. I board the train at tohana(Tun) station they didn't provide the water bottle even i'd asked them for about 5 to times at last they give water to me after 45 min(Approx). After that i'd asked for any drink then waiter said you have forgotten to ask for drink now drinks are finish, literally i was shocked no sense at all.Coming to their mess some passengers take picture and video of mess they will definitely upload on pm website and irctc also. The food quality was very very poor. If they didn't provide the best service to us then why would we travel on this train. I would appreciate if you would make some changes in their management so that no passenger would never face this issue again and it will even increase the passengers list for this train. We will definitely pay thanks to irctc if irctc would take this complaint seriously and take some action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
