I travelled by shatabdi 120011.C6/24 from new delhi to chandigarhon 19/1/17.it started 2 1/2 hours late.no tea was offered in the 1st 2 hours.the foldable tray was extremely dirty and was not cleaned inspite of my requestcutlet was unpalatble. only 1 spoon was providedfor butter jam nd making tea.after quickly clearing away our trays the boys started offering tea coffee sandwithes on payment.if you cant provide good quality food why not make catering optional.otherwise the amount you charge is cheating the customer.i filled a feedback form too
