Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — pune station parking

It took one hour for me to park my vehicle at pune railway station and almost 30 to 40 minute to remove the car from the parking slot. I was expected to reach pune station and receive my wife but because of this chaos i could not receive her please help. My wife and my eight months old daughter were waiting for me for almost for 1 hr.
