Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Quality of food in Mumbai howrah duronto exp

Respected sir, i m writing a complaint regarding the quality of food provided in the duronto exp. There has been increase in train fare over the year. However the quality remains the same and people seriously don't feel like eating. They even throw away the food. Such trains attracts tourism so the overall quality should be improved including food. So there are no other options of outside food available on such trains. So i request the concerned authority to look into this matter

I had a booking on 28th December 2016 and we had to travel from GZB to KLD via Vaishali 2554, train cancelled from that route, I have already file TDR but nothing happening since last 1 month. Below are details
