Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — rac seat not being confirmed

I had booked two tickets with wl 21 and wl 22. One was confirmed but the other one turned out to be rac. This is the consecutive second day and still i have not got the seat. This is a worst situation to face. Even after paying for the two tickets nd having a rac seat before the journey starts, i haven't got a seat. This problem needs to be solved as early as it could be. People don't pay the required amount of an a-class compartment to struggle for the whole journey. My pnr number being [protected]. Train from adi to tata. Seats booked for a a-class compartment.
