Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — razorpay irctc payment using razorpay failed | money deducted but refund not received

I recently booked a ticket via irctc app through the razorpay (G-pay) option provided on the irctc app. The transaction was processed and the amount was deducted from my account but the app showed that the transaction was unsuccessful and the ticket didn't get booked. The ticket details are as follows:-
