Ticket id :11046309 and 11037903 PNR: [protected] and [protected] Reservation done on 6th Dec 21 and cancelled on 23rd Dec 21. Though successful txn id and bank txn id generated on 26th Dec 21 after cancellation but amount not credited in bank account yet.. Matter parallelly taken up with bank also. Request to search where was the money gone. No positive response from [protected]@irctc.co.in only quoting that problem may be with payment gate way system.
