I booked Tatkal ticked on 16th of May 2018 for travelling on 17th may chennai to nagercoil but the transaction was failed and payment of Rs. 5580.0 has debited from my account and now updated has refund initiated but still now payment has not been credited to my account i tried calling customer care no also but there is no response so please refund my payment

Irctc website not working at tatkal hours and i am unable to book tickets for urgent...
tickets are not booking 3minites tatkal time then waitlist tickets are book start
whats gone irctc

IRCTC try to do People are mendal.

So Block the IRCTC site...
