Hi,
Worst service ever. Online refund status shows sent to bank and called bank they never received refund request. Called customer care and as expected pathetic service, they ask for ticket number which is never received by email even after sending refund request with registered email id.
Why the hell i need to follow up for refund, is it not expected that refund happens upto date without customer following for it.
When will our goverment service improve??
